In Dubai, all official property transfers — including sales, gifting, inheritance, or mortgage release — are executed through Dubai Land Department (DLD) Trustee Offices.

These offices are authorized to complete the legal registration of property ownership changes. But here’s the catch: you only have 10 minutes at the counter — and everything must be perfect.

Charges & Fee Structure

We help calculate and prepare all required DLD fees:

Sale & Purchase Transfers

  • ● 4% of the property value is paid to DLD as a transfer fee
  • ● AED 580 is paid to the Trustee Office as admin fee
  • ● AED 250 is paid for issuance of the new title deed
  • ● If property value exceeds AED 2M, additional security approvals and bank involvement may apply

Gifting Transfers

  • ● 0.125% of the property value is charged by DLD
  • ● AED 580 Trustee admin fee
  • ● AED 250 new title deed fee
  • ● Valuation certificate required
  • ● Gifting allowed only between first-degree relatives (parent, child, spouse)
